It offers many advantages:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Reduced labour as all animals can be bred in one day<\/li>\r\n<li>Get heifers bred quickly so they can be moved to outfarms<\/li>\r\n<li>Reduced need for heat detection<\/li>\r\n<li>Suits part time farmers, especially in sucker herds<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zfBgAGbf7lE\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\r\n<p>elements to ensure it is successful:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Synchronisation should only be used in herds where breeding results have historically been good<\/li>\r\n<li>Heat detection aids should be used<\/li>\r\n<li>All vaccinations\/boosters\/minerals that are to be used should be given well in advance of the breeding season.
